Meet Homeowner at property due to three toilets were not flushing properly.
Checked out the toilets and found that we would have to order the parts needed to repair all of the
Kohler Artist Renderation Toilets and would return to property as soon as the parts were delivered
to the Shop.
June 8, 2022
Returned to property with parts and repaired three of the four toilets in the house. Tested operations
of the toilets and all were working as designed. One of the parts were not in the delivery and again
will return as soon as it arrives to the Shop.
June 21, 2022
Returned after the last part was delivered to the Shop. Installed the part on the Master Bathroom
Toilet and tested operation and all is working as designed.

Meet Homeowner At Property, Due To When They Went To Turn On The Water They Saw
Water Leaking In Crawl Space.
Crawled Under House And Found A Pushed Joint Due To Freezing From Improper
Winterization. Attempted To Clean And Resolider Pushed Joint But Was Unable To
Do So Due To The Water. Cut Out And Installed New Tee, Fittings, And Copper Pipe
To Replace The Faulty Fittings. Turned On Water To Test And All Is Working In Proper
Order.

Meet Homeowner At Property To Repair Leaky Moen Faucet In The Laundry Room On
The 2nd Floor And The Side Spray Leaking At Kitchen Sink On 2nd Floor At The Hose To
Handle Connection. One Of These Leaks May Be Going Through To The Ceiling On The
1st Floor Right Below The Kitchen And Laundry Room.
At Arrival Checked Out The Moen Faucet On Laundry Room Kitchen Sink.
Replaced With New O Ring Kit On The Spout. Replaced With New Washer On The
Side Spray In The Kitchen. Removed Spray Diverter To Allow More Water To Come
From The Spout.
Investigated Leak In The Garage Ceiling, Cut Out Enough Drywall In The Ceiling To
Expose Leaking Toilet From The Master Bathroom. Pulled Toilet And Found Faulty
Triple Seal Due To The Toilet Flange Being To Far Below Finished Floor.
Went To Supply House To Purchase Space Kit. Returned To Job And Set Three
Spacers, New Wax Ring, And Toilet Bolts. Secured Toilet To Floor.
