Here is a brand new Duplex. We built this incredible beach house for Jack and Sue Jurechko. House was designed by Jack and Sue with a little help from us and put on paper with finishing touches by Jeff Cundy, AIA.
This is a major renovation in Surf City that was completed for Ron and Linda Morris. We wanted to keep the old time LBI cottage look inside and out and this house has surpassed everyone's expectations.
Here are a few more completed projects; first on left was a major second floor addition and renovation for Mary and Tony Nitti. Center photo was a second floor addition, new siding, and front deck for Craig and Carol Matthews. We did their First Floor Three Years Before. Photo to the right was an incredible screened in porch (Left Side of House) and decks with fancy vinyl rails for Susan and Bill Belifiore.
A few other projects on the island: Beachmart we Added the Big Windows, added a lot of Slotwall and did up the inside and Dressing Rooms This was the old Ship Bottom Pharmacy.

Across the street is Paul and Cindy Ketterl's Old Beach Home Renovation. Another great time we had Designing and keeping the old Beach house Looking like, well, a Beach House which we love doing.
Here is an Incredible Brand New Custom Built Home we Designed and Built for Gerry and Eleanor Doyle. This Home Features A lot of Custom Woodwork and a work of Art Stone Fire Place.
We Designed and Built several Renovations on the Ocean Side Corner of 92nd Street and Ocean Blvd. Mike and Carol Bunomo's, if you know them ask them about the day they gave us a deposit as were tearing the house down to the bottom floor. We did not have anything in writing yet and they were wondering what would happen after they left and their house was torn down. Well, you can see the final result. The whole story is really good.
Dana and Dawn Contratto Amazing Ocean Front Home. We Raised their home 8 feet, turned it 90 Degrees, and Renovated it to the Max. Yes, we also Designed it. Dana Paid us in full and told us to call when it was done. Fastest and one of the most Detailed homes we ever built.
Next is Art and Ann Kranzley's White Picket Fence surrounds this Bottom to Top Complete Renovation. This is one of my Favorites and we had a Great Time Designing it with them. We Added the entire Garage level and Renovated the Entire House.
